Community Engagement

Preferences has created a unique process called the Community Voice Engagement Project which assists associations, community leaders and political candidates in their marketing, communication and advocacy strategies.  This process is proven to increase support for campaigns using GIS technologies and a streamlined survey template for all levels of government.  The process integrate focus group facilitation, environmental scanning, and analysis.

Package I – CVEP Coordinator Certification

PREFERENCES will train the candidate and supporting members on-site and provide all physical and digital engagement materials. The package includes:
1. Media release templates and survey invitation messaging
2. Survey template and production
3. Project Implementation procedures
4. Database template (on-line access)
5. Data analysis training
6. Final Report template
7. Marketing procedures and implementation
8. On-going direction and customer support

Package II – Assisted CVEP Coordination

PREFERENCES will work alongside your team to implement the project and produce final results. This package includes:
1. Co-development of survey plan and media release
2. Co-implementation of project
3. Assisted data entry and analysis
4. Assisted final reporting and marketing implementation
5. Hands-on direction and customer support

Package III – Full CVEP Implementation

PREFERENCES will implement the project from start to finish with neighborhood specific marketing materials as well as train volunteers with canvassing messaging. This package includes:
1. Full development and implementation of survey
2. Data entry and comprehensive analysis
3. Development of final report and neighborhood specific marketing materials
4. Train canvassers with messaging and identifying vote
